Due to the nature of our healing/wellness business and respect for everyone's wellness we continue to have individual understandings between client and therapist as to wearing a mask during the session. It is our desire to keep both our clients and ourselves healthy while accommodating different beliefs. Prior to your appointment feel free to call and discuss your mask preferences. You always have the option of calling from the security of your car and entering the building when your therapist is ready to take you to the treatment room.
We understand unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life however out of consideration for our therapists’ time and our desire to be effective and fair to all of our clients we have adopted the following policies:
Cancelations, Rescheduling and No-show Appointments
· 24 hour advance notice is required when canceling or rescheduling anappointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment while enabling the therapist to fill their schedule.
· If an appointment is canceled without at least 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged for the FULL price of the service. Future appointments will be denied until payment is made and all future services will require prepayment.
· If you choose to “no-show” for a scheduled appointment you will be charged for the FULL price of the service. Future appointments will be denied until payment is made and all future services will require prepayment.

Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late for your appointment it may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to start an appointment. Regardless of the length of time the appointment is, you will be responsible for the full appointment. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. To avoid a cancelation fee, please give us at least 24 hours notice. If appointment is canceled without at least 24 hours notice, you will be charged for the FULL price of the service. If you are trying to reach us after hours you can leave a voice mail or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. This policy is in place out of respect for our therapists and our clients. Cancelations with less than 24 hours notice are difficult to fill and prevent someone else from being able to schedule in that time slot.

Due to the popularity, limited availability and an increase in couples not showing up, all couples massages are nonrefundable and must be prepaid one week in advance. If prepayment is not received, your appointment will be automatically canceled.
We do NOT require prepayment for appointments with the exception of couples services and special services. If you prepay and need to cancel for any reason (outside of our 24 hour cancelation policy noted above) you will be charged a $5.00 administration fee to cover the credit card costs and administration time. If you are using our online booking system you may scroll down past the payment input boxes and choose to book the appointment without prepaying or entering credit card information.
