Cancelation Policy
We recognize that unexpected events can occur. To respect our therapists’ time and ensure fairness, please note the following policies: Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Show Appointments. Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee and allow others to book. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will incur a 60% service fee charged to your booking card. No further bookings are allowed until you contact the office. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened or canceled at the therapist’s discretion. You are responsible for the full fee regardless of appointment length.
